Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!


STORE PICKUP:

Orders can be picked up! Goldenhour Goods is based in Attleboro, MA and pick ups can be arranged. Please contact via email (goldenhourgoods@gmail.com) or instagram dm (@goldenhour.goods). Orders can also be picked up at events Goldenhour Goods will be attending with advance notice! An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Goldenhour Goods is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if there is an issue with the item. The item must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for a refund. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at goldenhourgoods@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
